Booking Terms and Conditions
All bookings are made with Tambrey WA Pty Ltd (ABN 95 636 788 200). By making a booking with The Tambrey you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Terms and Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between both parties) and your booking will be accepted on this basis. The products/services to be provided by The Tambrey are those referred to in your Booking Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings you have made and to ban you from making any bookings or access to the app.

Fees and Charges
All bus and table bookings are free of charge. The only exception to this is if you want to book our entire restaurant which is $225 per head.
A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for any damages to the property of the bus.

Liability
Tambrey WA PTY LTD  personnel are trained to comply with strict policies, procedures and accreditation benchmarks to ensure the safety of our guests at all times. Individual guests however are to accept ultimate responsibility for their own safety and well-being at all times.

Updating of Booking Terms and Conditions
Tambrey WA PTY LTD reserves the right to update and/or alter these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the customer’s responsibility to be familiar with them. The latest Booking Terms and Conditions may be requested at any time (email: venuemanager@thetambrey.com.au) and will supersede any previous versions.
